Landrover Defender
For Climate Connection, EV Europe converted a Landrover Defender 110 to 100% electric. The Landrover 110 will be used in Africa by Climate Connection and also features a full off grid energy system and solar panel roof. The remaining energy can also be used to charge the Defender.
The drivetrain uses the Zonic 180 driveline combined with a fixed 2:1 transmission connected directly to the transfer case so that even the use of low gearing in rough terrain remains possible.
EV Europe supplies several standard conversion packages for the Defender with 90 – 180kW engine power and battery options from 54 to 108 kWh.
