complete kit for fast charging of battery systems with a voltage range between 250 – 1000 VDC according to the standard CCS DC fast charge protocol in combination with the EMUS BMS system (other BMS systems on request).

• Power supply voltage CCS controller 9-32VDC
• CP communication (PWM + PLC), thus suitable for both AC (type 1 and 2) and DC (CCS) charging communication
• CAN communication
• ISO 15118-2, ISO 15118-20, and DIN 70121 compatibility
• Maximum voltage and current according to ISO 15118-2, ISO 15118-20, and DIN 70121, mostly 250 – 1000 VDC – 500A
• High-voltage measurement integration with the ISABELLENHUETTE IVT-S sensor (optional)
• Excluding CCS inlet and 4-pole actuator, this can be ordered separately

The kit includes:

• Custom CCS charge controller with double CAN connection for communication to the EMUS BMS including connectors
• 2x EV200 contactors
• 1x 4-wire actuator
• 1x fuse 250A – 1000VDC + fuse holder
• 1x RGB push button for control

Warning:

• This set operates only between 250 to 500 VDC
• This set works only in combination with the EMUS BMS system and the ISABELLEN HUETTE IVT-S current sensor for the HV measurements with EV Europe programming, combinations with other BMS systems are possible however with a minimum number of 10 pieces.
