complete kit for fast charging of battery systems with a voltage range between 250 – 500 VDC according to the standard CCS DC fast charge protocol in combination with the EMUS BMS system (other BMS systems on request).

• DIN17121 & ISO15118 (non bi-directional and without payment identification)
• Includes High Voltage measurement on both the HV+ and HV- CCS contactors ( CCS inlet side)
• Excluding CCS inlet, this can be ordered separately

The kit includes:

• Custom CCS charge controller with dual CAN connection for communication to the EMUS BMS and CCS LIM controller, including connectors + HV measurement wiring
• CCS LIM controller suitable for 200A + connectors
• 2x LEV100 contactor + 2x EV200 contactors
• 1x 3 wire actuator
• 1x fuse + holder 150A
• 1x RGB push button for control

Warning:

• This set operates only between 250 to 500 VDC
• This set only works in models 2, 3 and 4 and does not lock the connector with the CP signal.
• This set only works in combination with the EMUS BMS system and EV Europe programming, combinations with other BMS systems are possible however with a minimum number of 10 pieces.
