Zonic 180 kW conversion kit for Landrover Defender with fast charging

A complete EV conversion kit for a Land Rover Defender, based on the 180kW High Voltage Zonic motor, including a reduction gear to connect the drive directly to the Defender’s transfer case. This solution maintains low and high gearing, allowing the Defender to still be driven as a two-wheel-drive vehicle! The kit comes with a 55 kWh battery system, built and tested by EV Europe, that easily installs in the engine compartment of the Land Rover Defender. All connections to the battery box are pre-wired with plugs.

The standard set includes:

• Zonic 180 kW High Voltage motor with reduction 2.2:1 and adapter piece and motor mount – fits standard intermediate box
• fully assembled 55 kWh battery system (optional 85 kWh), with internal control for the electrical systems including CCS fast charging
• CCS2 charging inlet with cabling
• 1 phase – 16A can controlled AC charger
• All HV cabling
• Temro 360 heater for interior heating
• Dual sensor throttle
• Brake vacuum kit for brake vacuum

Certification for approvals in EU countries:

• Zonic 180 propulsion + dc-dc converter R10 revison 5 certified.
• BMS system R10 revision 4 certified.
• Components CE certified where applicable according to:
